For a hundred years, houses have been built the same way, and technology has been added afterwards. We are building the first home where everything is designed together, down to the millimetre: the walls, the light, the air and the robotics inside them.
The design is done. Now the first houses get built, and we want to build them with the people who will live in them.

What you teach us goes into every fechter home after yours. Your house is the first of its kind, and the ones that follow carry something of you.
How it works.
Five steps from your first reservation to your keys. You do not need a plot to start.
Step 2visibility
The private viewing
You meet us and see the house in every detail. We find out together whether it is right for you, and then you decide.
Step 3verified
Your founding slot
Once your house is final, your deposit secures it, within ten days of your viewing.
Step 4landscape
Plot and permit
No plot yet? You have about six months to find one, in Germany for now. We start the permit within six to twelve months.
Step 5home
Your house
We take care of the plans, the building and every piece of technology. Within three years of your deposit, you move in.
Only for the first twenty-five.
Some things belong to the founding owners alone. They carry the crest: on the plate, the key and the certificate.
